At Imaginary Authors, we want every scent to tell a story you love. If a fragrance doesn't resonate with your personal narrative, we offer a 30-day return window for all full-sized bottles in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened and in its original cellophane wrap; please note that individual sample vials and 'Short Story' discovery sets are final sale.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a pre-paid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shipment

  Securely package your items in the original shipping box to prevent breakage and affix the return label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
